The guy I spoke to sounded fairly awake and energetic. He also chuckled in agreement about my recommendation of reading the Democrats' own quotes regarding up-or-down votes -- I guess I'm not the first to mention it. As for your senators, that's too bad. You're free to share mine, Hutchison and Cornyn, with whom I'm really pleased tonight.
