My e-mail to Senator Boxer:

Senator Boxer,

I happened to watch c-span tonight and did catch your comments on the judicial issue.

I do admit that I hadn't been following this all that much, but do question why Democrats refuse to allow an up or down vote on the nominees.

After watching c-span tonight I've come away with far more interest in the process. I have far more questions than I had prior to tonight.

One of those questions pertains to your chart of groups opposing a judicial nominee. I paid attention to your chart of opposition and could not help noticing that those groups were all leftist groups. Not just one or two leftist groups; instead every single group listed was a leftist group.

I find that rather telling when compared to your statements of disallowing anything other than mainstream judges. I certainly feel that someone is playing partisan politics and it isn't President Bush or the Republicans.

None of those groups represent mainstream America. All of those groups hold a leftist political ideology - the same ideology you are obviously pushing for.

I no longer have questions about this 30-hour debate held by the Senate. Such an action is necessary, due to the fact that Democrats have obviously been obstructing the will of the people. That became obvious when you attempted to label leftist organizations as mainstream America.

You certainly are not a good judge of what mainstream America is or what we stand for in life. I'd also question your comprehension of our nation's Constitution or the business that is important to the citizens of this nation.

You stated that you're passionate about this issue Senator. While I don't doubt your passion for this issue, I now doubt your sincerity and your honesty.

Put the nominees to a vote Senator. Up or down, give the nominees, and our President, the courtesy of a vote.
