A filibuster to end a filbuster. One is constitutional, the other is not.
In accordance with the constitution, judicial appointees are made by the President with the advice and consent of the Senate. If the Senate committee refuses to endorse a nominee, the other party can demand an up or down vote on the Senate floor.
Currently, the Democrats are using a filibuster to prevent the nominees from being voted on. This is an unprecedented action never before seen in judicial appointments.
Oops! Gave you more than an opening line -- want some more?? LOL
To: Mo1
It worked, all he kept saying was, "Yes ma'am" in a dry voice, but I feel better. I asked him to please ask a Senator to make the point that while the Democrats pose as being for the little guy, they deny 5,000 little guys the right to their day in court, and there is no way to know the amount of bankruptsy and harm has been done to them.

They are boring because they are not debating the topic. BTW Mary is it true that James is well endowed? I think what's been said is that he is a big pr**k.

Do you actually read FR?I have for a long time; long enough to know someone trying to cause trouble; I offered you some friendly advice about what is acceptable on the forum; we do NOT go hunting for people's names. Evidently decorum is yet another word not in your vocabulary.

How lean you look these days, and I love your Yankee accent, which has survived that odd thingie you hubby affects. By the way, I have visited Carville, Louisiana. The housing stock there is almost all trailors, yes trailors, rather weathered looking trailors. As Carville himself said, a twenty dollar bill there could go far.

Simple questions:
1) If this Judge has violated the laws of our land, then why are you not demanding an impeachment?
2) If an impeachment is not justified, then please explain why not.

She was too busy telling NARAL that she was 98% FOR abortion but yet she voted to get rid of partial birth abortion. She wants to be re-elected but NEEDS NARAL's money to do so. LOL!
