They keep posturing as champions of the little guy, while holding up 5,000 cases of little guys needing their day in court. And yes this is a filibuster, unlike the lie they keep vainly attempting to pass off on the Republicans.

I think the Republicans need to sound more scornful and shocked by the outright lies and ask if lies and distortions are all the demoncrats indeed have to offer the nation and their consituients, if so, it's little wonder they are being shown the door in election after election.

When he knows very well if a candidate for the U.S. Judiciary would be forced to recuse his or herself on any case concerning that judge's answer to any future opinion he/her might give during a nomination hearing. A 'hold' (Aka a 'Blue Slip") is something that has no basis in Constitutional Law, but is used by both sides to block nominees. A committee vote IS allowed under Senate rules, as set forth by the Constitution, therefore not illegal under Constitutional Law. So the two are not comprable.
