I put my name on the list and I still get calls....now they are coming from Toronto, Ont!

We screen all calls so we can tell a TM by the hangup. At least we used to be able to. Now we get a distinct Indian accent, sometimes male, sometimes female, that says "Ello? Ello?" before hanging up, which leads me to believe the TMs are outsourcing and their new foreign employees have no real experience with answering machines.

We signed up for the list too. At first the calls went to zero, now they're creeping back as above. Oh and any hangup we get now is a blocked number, or one that doesn't exist when return dialed.

Sigh.
