I think that I've read that he used his money from his loss of consortium to build his house and to refurbish his mom's apartment/condo (or something to that effect).

That's not the settlement I was asking about. There was an award of 1.3 million-750,000 for rehab, 300,000 for HINO.
There was another suit that was settled out of court for an "undisclosed amount". I'm wondering what he did with that money.
