Well, not quite- one of his advisors is gay in the film. One of my favorite movies, I actually just rewatched it last night (To Play the King).

"Remeber that nice man, the one who used to talk a lot about the 'classless society'? He had to go of course, in the end."

It's newly released on DVD in North America. Buy it. It's worth the price. Francis Urquhart is my hero, sort of.
