The majority has the obligation to have a nonpartisan intelligence committee. No one who refuses to disavow this hyperpartisan memo qualifies for that committee.
Therefore the majority has the obligation to reorganize the committes in such a way that intelligence is handled only by those who have disavowed that memo. If that means Republicans only, so be it.

I'll bump that. I, for one, would feel safer knowing that individuals who use intel for kicks are no longer privy to it.
I think the country as a whole would applaude a move that eliminated all dems from that committee.
