You folks outside California need to sit back and wait to see what happens out here. Going nuts over every appointment is just stupid. You act as though Arnold is going to ignore all of the Republican appointees and be led by the nose by the Democrats. Has is occurred to any of you that Arnold is making DEALS to get things done? Dont be so silly as to think that all the capability and brain power rests on our side only.
Willie Brown knows where all the bodies are buried, and will be very helpful to Arnold in dealing with Democrats. You cannot just come into office and steamroller everyone else. You have to make deals, and that is what leaders do.
And you folks in California need to realize that this doesn't affect just you. Once the RNC sees that people like Arnold get elected to office instead of conservatives, chances are we'll see more like him in other states. Who cares if the Republican Party WINS ELECTIONS if they're not going to be conservative after the fact?
