""I envision Greer having that "deer in the headlights" these days.""I sense a disturbance in the vibrations on Felos' astral plane as well."
He's feelin' kinda burned out from trying to teach MS to use the force, while reading minds and listening to reversed speech at the same time... :)

By the way, who is paying all these legal fees and what axe do they have to grind.)
WELL, IT SOUNDS TO ME THAT YOU REALLY WANT THESE ISSUES TO GO AWAY....I'D SUGGEST YOU MAKE A HUGE CONTRIBUTION TO TERRI'S FIGHT...THIS WILL HELP IT "GO AWAY" quicker....

Are they still using the same stupid lawyer? This is something that should have been done YEARS ago. The reason the parents and Terri are in this predicament is because they have a bad lawyer.

They DID do it years ago, and Greer threw it out. This is the secnd challenge and they also have the backing and consultation of the sharp attorneys at the ACLJ in their corner now. Judge Greer is acting as if this is the first he's heard of the HINO fooling around or misusing the money allocated for Terri's rehabilitation. I think Greer is trying to save face in light of intense scrutiny and what with the national spotlight now on this case I think he might be doing some backpedaling to save his own *ss from charges of judicial impropriety. Just a hunch.

Thanks for the info. But how do they keep getting Greer? Is he the only judge down there?
To: my_pointy_head_is_sharp
One thing some of us have discovered from digging into the background of the case is that the good ol' boy network in Pinellas county is as corrupt as they come, and includes judges, lawyers, doctors, and hospice board members to name a few. The conflicts of interests in this case are astounding, to say the least. Terri is just a pawn in a much bigger game, one that was being played before this case came to the nation's attention.
There is a wealth of information that has been posted on the threads about this case (pushing 450 of them), but probably the best way to get up to speed, if you're interested, is to follow the daily Terri thread. A lot of information gets repeated there and nobody will get upset if you ask questions that have already been answered. We're all have a hard time keeping up with it, but there are a lot of FReeper sleuths on it and we have been very busy trying to make a difference, and doubtless did, in the passing of Terri's Law.
Here's the current thread. It will be updated tomorrow. Each thread has, in the body, links back to key posts in the previous one as well as links to additional threads that were posted during the same time frame.

Do you agree with Michael Schiavo's lawyers that "Terri's Law" violates Florida's constitution?
