Greer may not want the lawsuit to proceed with Bush! That may be his reason for having a change of heart suddenly.

I hadn't thought of that, but you're right! On the other hand, I just realized something even better: think about what Wolfson was appointed to do. Now recognize that thanks to Michael's lawsuit, Wolfson's duties now take on a whole new light. Methinks Schiavo/Felos made a REALLY BIG mistake.

Well, actually, not too big a mistake, if they can formulate some excuse for quietly dropping their lawsuit against Bush. After all, if they drop their lawsuit Bush would no longer have any legal basis for discovery. On the other hand, their claims that the law is unconstitutional might lose traction if the lawsuit is dropped.

I was wondering why Greer had a sudden turn around and having discovery and being drug out in the open may be it!

I think your right Felos made a big mistake! In a way I hope he thinks he is smart enough to go on, then the truth will get out!
