Judge George Greer has scheduled a hearing to dismiss a petition from Schiavo's parents. They want to remove Terri Schiavo's husband, Michael Schiavo, as her guardian.

So, even the hearing is labeled as "to dismiss" a petition to change the guardianship. Right after the FL law was signed, many of us thought that this meant that Schiavo would be removed as guardian. Now we know that this won't happen --- probably ever in CORRUPT FL. I assume the Schindler's lawyers can appeal this denial. I don't know how much longer the Schindlers can continue with this protracted legal challenge -- they must really be broke.

thanks for posting that -- I didn't think this was a case for him to DISMISS the motion of the Schindlers, but to HEAR the case. There is a world of difference! YIKES!
