If this information is not public, then how is it that you are able to discuss it?

Everytime someone on this thread makes a statement about Terri's condition, and then in a subsequent post someone else says that the family doesn't have access to her medical records, I always think, "THEN HOW IS IT THAT WE KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT HER MEDICAL CONDITION?"

Check messages again. Only the names are were not public. The names were discussed from the standpoint of wanting to know what they are. That's very possible. All else discussed was public.

It's because certain of the doctors' written medical records are what they don't have access to - and that's not the same as getting ongoing updates on her current condition.
