From what I understand, Orlando, Terri's team did appeal to the court ~ prior to being disconnected from food and water ~ for a divorce, but it was ruled that she would have to indicate her wishes ... and since there hasn't been therapy along those lines ...

In other words, she can't do what they want her to do because they have not allowed her to do what they want her to do ... may the Lord sweep this evil away ~

DOH! How could I have forgotten?

Terri and I were out shopping one day, she saw someone in a wheelchair with a feeding tube, and she told me if she ever ended up with a serious injury, that she would want to get a divorce or annulment from her husband. She said the same thing to some of her other friends.

Can't believe I almost forgot about that. Good thing I'm remembering it now. So -- that's it then, Judge Greer?

--------------
Remembering Terri & family in prayer for their time in court today -- may it please be so simple, and Terri go home with her real family already.
