CA, I believe. I think they just did it, and he was screaming non-stop until his threats to sue everybody finally got it re-instated. If you look at the link I provided to her story, it tells how the doctors that were treating her wouldn't agree to have her admitted to a hospital where a stroke specialist and special program were. Luckily, she was blessed to also get the attention of another doctor who also took up her cause, and she was finally released to go this this special rehab center, where she stayed for 3 months, and then was able to go home.

Her story on her website and her continuing efforts in the cause of stroke survival are very inspiring. Check it out.
