I'm not sure if our Attorney General candidate will do very well. Scott Newton is trailing his fellow Republicans Barbour, Tuck, and Reeves in percentage of the vote from the same boxes reporting.

I noticed that, too. I had hoped he would pull it off. I think Hood's ads late might have hurt him. I hope Tate Reeves can pull out a victory in the treasurer's race as well as Max Phillips in Ag.

Yeah, I'm sad about the AG's race too. My father knows Newton and says that he is "positively eaten up with integrity."

Besides, Hood is too cozy with the people who are destroying this business climate in this state (the MS Trial Lawyers Association).
