Why would anyone care about the mayoralty of dying cities? The voters of those places have continually voted to kill themselves, and I'm more than willing to let them do that. They are THE blue zone. Let them swim in their swamp.

Some polls are still open.

Katz's base appears to have turned out better than Street's.

Street's base 45.6 percent

Swing districts 51.4percent

Katz base 54.3 percent

Total citywide turnout is 51 percent.

The guy talking on the radio doesn't think it will be enough for Katz.
