If they try anything else, believe me they would have a major problem on their hands.

With the balkanization of america and instant 24/7 news cycles.... they try to institute a draft with the sort of exemptions and nonsense that went on during Vietnam they would create a huge problem.

I don't think they are about to start up the draft, but if they do, and they try playing gerrimandering with who is and isn't drafted, it would be an absolute disaster.
