2timothy3.16, Do you know if the partial-birth abortion bill is engrossed and on the President's desk waiting for his signature and he is just too stinking lazy or carefree to get himself and the original in the same place, so he can sign it?

If that is the case, then shame on him. If the bill hasn't traveled to his desk from Congress yet, then what can he do?

Yesterday the congress approved the 87 billion for Iraq, it will be interesting to see if he waits as long to sign and spend that bill as it has been for him to get around to saving babies about to be tortured to death.
