The President, on another busy day, visited Birmingham, AL, to speak at Crane Works, a heavy construction company, and then attended a Bush-Cheney fund-raising luncheon. He then attended a rally in London, Kentucky.

At the Crane Company, Pres. Bush said last week's report that the U.S. economy surged in the third quarter was good news for American workers and called on Congress to keep his administration's policies intact.

I also heard on Fox News that the President in planning on flying to CA to view the damage from the forest fires, which will allow him to spend another night at his ranch.

1.) DrDeb's lunch with OhioWFan -- nuf said!

2.) The First Lady's Birthday! [I wonder what the President plans to surprise her with this year? Hmmmmmmmmmm?!]

3.) State and Local Elections. [The gubernatorial races in Kentucky and Mississippi are particularly important -- the leftist media/RATs are poised to spin 'D' wins as harbingers for the President's defeat in '04. They'll probably ignore 'R' wins, but WE will know what they imply for next year!!]

4.) The President will be visiting California to tour some of the fire-ravaged areas! [I hope FoxNews manages to cover this without breaking away for the 1 millionth update on Scott Peterson!]

You're wrong on both points. For your information,the President will sign the Partial Abortion bill into law Wednesday.And although he hasn't said too much about his judicial nominations lately, he has supported them.The point is that he believe in SEPARATION OF POWERS! BTW,besides talking about his nominations,what more can he do? Would it change the mines of the Democrats? I doubt if even the entire population were to write and email the Dems,they'd change their tunes. The President has a full plate right now with a lot of people nitpicking.The las thing he needs is more nitpicking.

Amen, Lady! We should be praising the LORD that the horror of 3,000 deaths/year by PBA is ending, and that we have a Godly President who is anxious to sign this bill, not nitpicking and whining that he hasn't waved his magic wand and ended abortion.....legally or otherwise.

Sometimes I wonder if these folks are believers. I really do.
