THe answer is simple-if Christ was married, the scripture lied. Therefore it would not be the gospel (truth).Does the Bible say that Christ wasn't married?
Beyond that, I don't think that there's any risk of anyone proving a marriage. It's not like anyone is gonna come up with a marriage license.

As Christ was dying upon the cross, he was making arrangements for the care of his Mother. He said to a deciple I believe, "Behold thy Mother." and to his Mother Mary he said, "Woman, behold thy son." It's there, look it up for your self.
I cannot recall him making any such arrangements for Mary Magdaline, something he surely would have done, had she been his wife.
