The CCD should be able to pick up anything that you can see. I believe you have a setting for dark condition shooting on the unit. Look for a setting indicated by a crescent moon.

BTW, thanks for heads up re CPAC the other day. Doesn't fit into my schedule this time as far as I can tell but maybe at a later one. They sound quite good. Good luck!

Thanks. That is the twilight setting. I use it all the time. Amazing when it works.

I put it on twilight on the tripod and 'burst 3'. Worked like a charm.
