Mauricio Juarez, a spokesman for the Mexican government's National Migration Institute, told AP that Mexico hasn't arrested a single terrorist suspect headed north. And he said the United States hasn't informed Mexico of any arrested on the U.S. side - something it presumably would do.

A bag of potato chips and a can of soda and the Mexican policia will look the other way

The fact is the Border Patrol is working with their hands tied behind their backs . They are restricted where they can go and how far they can chase..many have been put in stationary positions ..as if the mexicans would not figure that out.

The truth is that the government is not interested in stopping the flow. Their goal is to make life so miserable on the border that Americans will beg for "open borders"
