Probably a nail in Rumsfeld's coffin. GWB has a dilema. Many sad events such as this will force a policy change.
The policy cannot change politically while Rumsfeld is
Defense Secretary, he has made too many declarations.

The only way I see Rumsfeld going is if Bush goes or if Rumsfeld resigns (extremely unlikely).

It looks that way. There will be a major policy shift. In fact, if this keeps up, there will be an Administration change. Understand that those who are now fighting in Iraq are encouraged to do so by the political opposition here in America. Active encouragement, and you know who they are: anyone who speaks against the war and urges withdrawal, and that is exactly what they seek because that is how they can regain power over the $trillions of the richest country on earth.
