Absolutely NOT! Criminals cannot be allowed to form and expand voting Blocks. Society must be protected at all costs. Felons have abdicated their rights they were born with and their memories should be enough to remind them of what they have lost!

After reading your posts I have changed my mind. Felons are difficult to reform. Their voting block would destroy a civilization. They should not ever be allowed to vote.
