Yes, Michael has moved on with his life and has prevented Terri from moving on with her life.
It appears the courts have denied Terri any say at all with complete and unbelievable bias given their unwavering support of the very person, her husband, who has an obvious motive or agenda to see her dead.
At the very least, Michael has kept Terri in slavery like conditions; I believe that is against the law.

Schiavo suffered severe brain damage when her heart stopped due to a chemical imbalance (and severe beating resulting in bronken bones) and has been in a persistent vegetative state for more than a decade.(Michael's) Doctors have said there is no hope for her recoveryThis is pathetic. Too many evil people, too many incompetent judges and way too many apathetic people involved.
