No offense here, Labyrinthos, but I think its you that is clueless as to what is going on in our legal system. Millions of people are fed up with corrupt attorneys and judges. This country is in a state of anarchy. Judges don't abide by the principle of laws but dictate "laws" from the bench and attorneys screw with clients money everyday. I read about this all the time in the lawyer journals, state bar complaint site, and lawyer profiles. Enough is enough. The only reason why attorneys like the one that got shot get away with this crap is because the state bar shields them from personal liability, doesn't disbar them, and doesn't discipline them at all.
Of course this attorney is probably a "respectable" man but that may be only in appearance only. He may be terribly innocent of what happened to him but it is attorneys like him that may have had dozens of people in the past complaining about his actions, if any, but the state bar chooses to take no action. Why? Tell me why???
