Matthew 24:38-39 For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark, And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. (KJV)

(KJV) Yep, and some people think it will be a 'rapture'. But, it's not!!!!

That’s the one kicker about the Noah’s Ark story - Jesus comments on it (and not in parable; make-believe-story fashion). What amazes me about the story is that Noah spent years (decades?) building an ark to save the world from a flood.
This was at a time before it had ever even rained! Talk about faith!!
My son was just talking to me about the faith that the wise men had. Following a star for a year or more through the desert, probably harsh conditions at times. No actual news that a “king” had been born - just their interpretation of a sign - their belief.
