While I'm tempted to agree, we're just getting another subjective label. Lotsa wackjobs, anarchists, and crypto-fascists think they're "true patriots."
I notice that "paleo" and "paleocon" didn't occur in Sobran's article, but the poster's motive, as revealed by his "'true conservatives' of the paleocon right" salvo, is to provide some rationale for "turning our backs on paleoconservatism," however the heck that's defined.
All I see here is a flame-stoking, animated pot stirring a big black kettle of personality conflict.
