does the 15 divide Hesperia the same way it does Victorville & Barstow?

I guess I'm asking which side of the 15 the fire is on

I15 divides Hesperia. Most of it is on the East Side though. My aunt is evacuating Hesperia right now. This is a large town just on the North side of the Cajon Summit. Apple Valley is being evacuated to. Evacuations are mandatory!
