talking about a fire running a mile and a half below Live Oak....

Lake Silverwood has a state campground where the workers live to the east side of lake. Not any home s back there except to the east. I have a buddy who lives in a little enclave over by Pilot Rock they just mentioned.

Live Oak is over by 7 Oaks, west of Barton Flats off hwy 38

Sounded like "right", but could've been Live Oak on the scanner bit I heard.
