How odd. Scanner guy sez it's sprinkling up there - Crest area. Hope it's true. When a tree burns, it emits heat and moisture - in the cooler air the vapor would condense and rain out. Just a guess...

Sprinkling? You know....it very well could be. It's felt like rain down here all afternoon. The clouds even looked, towards the area of the fire, like it maybe MAYBE could rain a tad.
