Manditory Hesperia evac: Everything south of Mesquite to Hwy. 138 & 173, to and through Summit Valley, east of Santa Fe Springs Rd, East of Railroads tracks.
Voluntary Apple Valley evac: South of Tussing Ranch, east to Mojave River, west to ? (missed that).
