Okay. I can't take it anymore. I'm so tired. I'm going to bed.
Can't even begin to imagine how the fire fighters are feeling. I haven't really done a thing today.
Those poor guys up there not giving up and fighting so hard. I almost feel a bit guilty going into my nice comfortable bed. I'll say a good few prayer for them.

Those monitoring the Pine Hills/Cuyamaca area might be interested in this automated weather station:

It is located at the Pine Hills Fire Station, located in a low meadow at the intersection of Engineers Road and Eagle Peak Road (or is it Boulder Creek Rd? I forget).

As of 12:14 am, 10/29. it is still in operation. The temperature is oddly warm though.

I don't know the location of the Julian weather station, but here is the URL:
