OK here are my notes from the interview .. sorry I took so long, my 3 yr old kept kicking me off the computer .. it was her turn she claims .. plus I got caught up on another thread

Keep in mind that I didn't write down the questions asked, just what he said and I'm trying to be as acurate as I can .. so if I made any mistakes, please feel free to correct me.

Steven is from the Philadlphia area

MS is not driving a brand new car like that has been reported .. Steven says that MS drives 1990 acura that has a broken A/C in it

Steven says that MS doesn't own a brand new home that it is an older home that he is fixing up. he does say that it is in a nice neighborhood but wouldn't say it's a rich one

MS doesn't not have control of the Trust Fund, that the Bank in which the money was placed does and that MS does not have access to that money

That the court allowed the fund pay for the legal fees because Felos is Terry's lawyers also.

Steven visited Terry & MS in Fl 2 weeks ago .. that since he lives so far way, he only gets to visit once every 2/3 years.

Steven claims that Terry's condition is the same as day one of the collaspe and that she hasn't changed

That she can open her eyes and looks awake but there is no reaction.

That before the collaspe Terry had a very good relationship with her inlaw

Steven claims that her head is always moving and that Terry's family could easily make it look like she is following the balloon, when really she isn't

He compares her reaction to her mother like that of day old infant and that if you blow in that baby's face you could make it smile and that is what Terry's family did to make her smile

In his opinion Terry died 13 yrs ago

That he spoke with MS just yesterday and that MS is aware that his brother is making these calls to radio stations and that MS was not upset to learn about that news

Steven claims that MS is only doing this because he loves Terry so much

Steven himself did not actually hear Terry state these wishes, but heard thru the family that she said this on 2 occasions
Once when their Grandmother (Steven & MS's GM) was in the hospital dying and his father had to decide to pull the plug and another time when Terry and MS were watching a TV movie

Steven then went on to talk about how MS tried for years and that he just wouldn't give up on Terry. But that when their mother died, that was when he realized Terry was gone

Steven claims that MS didn't become an RN because of Terry's condition .. that his wife (steven) is a nurse and that she urged MS to become an RN

(that was were there was a disagreement with the traffic girl and steven about MS's reason for becoming a nurse .. see my early post and the transcript of LKL)

The radio guy then keep pointing out the conflict of MS's story and what he said in court documents

Steven also mention that MS and his lawyer will be speaking out again about Terry's case

The radio guy also mentioned that there are many issues between MS and Terry's family and asked what happened because didn't MS use to live with Terry's parents

That is when Steven says that MS did not live with her parents .. that Terry's parents had lived with MS because they were bankrupt and had no money .. that their credit was so bad they couldn't even rent an appartment and MS was the one who let them live with him.

Steven also mentions that he would be willing to do another interview/call in with Glenn Beck

He also mentions the VRWC and all the evil emails

He mentions that the tape of Terry is 40 minutes long (MY COMMENT .. not the 4 hours that MS claims)

Michael and Terri lived in an apartment when Terri collapsed. The parents moved in?

You did all that and have a 3 year old - pat on the back. I listened to the interview and you got a lot of it down, I'm impressed. I do get the impression that he is trying to believe in MS and is sincere

Is Felos officially Terri's lawyer? If so, the first thing a GAL should do is fire him. Then seek some investigations because Felos has been very clearly not been working to ensure Terri's interests.

For example, what exactly is documented about Felos' intention to write a book about Terri? It seems that in and of itself suggests some pretty big conflicts of interest right there.
