No he is not helping his brother
But he admits that he only goes down to Fl once every 2-3 yrs .. so my guess is, he really doesn't have an idea of what is going on and is just trusting his brother to tell him the truth
If that is the case, then I can understand him trying to stick up for his brother .. I would want to stick up for my brother also . In the Philly area, family is a big thing and blood is thicker then water.
But with that said .. I would also want to learn about the whole story to find the truth
