My voting record fer POTUS has been Reagan-Bush-Bush-Dole-Bush, and I reckon I'll be voting fer Bush in '04 as well...but many are not "threatening to bail," they're bailin' cuz they've already lost hope in the GOP's direction. I believe these good conservatives can be recaptured in astounding numbers, just like they were in '94. But it's going to take some serious conservative proposals that folks can get behind for Dubyuh's second term. Personally, I'd like to see some sort of Contract With America II outlining what we can expect if the Right works hard to get the big numbers of GOPers elected to Congress.
"It's to work to elect more conservatives to Congress, and to organize our folks to make their views well known to the ones we've already got."
I'm with you there...I've got a very conservative representative (Deputy Whip Cantor) and one good Senator (Allen) to go with one RINO (Warner)...that frees me up to demand more on the domestic agenda-side from Dubyuh, who I fully believe is up to the task at hand.
FReegards...MUD
Absolutely.
A positive conservative agenda is a winning one.
