The owners of a Forest Lake mansion that burned Saturday had received harassing phone calls, but state officials on Monday hadn't made a ruling on the nature of the fire or whether the calls were related.

Rick Kleis, chief investigator with the state fire marshal's office, said an environmental group may have had some involvement in phone contacts or phone messages about the house — a $4.5 million to $6 million home that was under construction on the 6900 block of North Shore Trail.
