Poe suggested that he is not sure whether he is still a libertarian; my point is that his line does not make any sense if he is at the present time considering himself a libertarian.

I may have misunderstood So by exercising property rights on his own forum, he doesn't think he is a libertarian anymore? . I took you to mean that Poe had effectively abandoned libertarinism (and I don’t know if he’s a libertarian to begin with), by enforcing his right, as owner of the site, to control content.

No, I took Poe to mean that he thought being a libertarian meant you cannot exercise property rights. I think he means to conjur the caricature of 'libertarian as a nudist dope smoker who doesn't want to pay any taxes.'
