I think it was a Kodak, and this was at least a year ago. Played on the LCD previewer using the camera control button, which acted like a joystick, i.e. up-down-left-right motion. It was pretty hilarious. You of course couldn't see things too well due to the small size of the display.

That doesn't surprise me. IIRC, DOOM is the most widely ported game of all time (as in a true 'port', rather than cloning).
