Looks criminal: huge plume close to I-15 & Hwy 76 -SE quadrant ?

Just heard on Channel 9 (KUSI) that the intersection of I-15 and SR-76 at Pala is being closed. Anyone else hear this?

Just heard on KUSI that the fire at I-15 & 76 was small, and has now been extinguished by the CDF.
