I think Geraldo was somewhat taken aback at what he was hearing, he was sympathetic, but I believe he was also newly informed by their words and at the end, when his face was briefly seen before the program moved on...he looked saddened or something, can't quite describe it....did anyone else see this?
And Geraldo led them to many of the points they wanted to make-it was JUST WAY TOO SHORT.

Very good point. If enough question is raised about the suspicious circumstances under which Terri's condition came to be, and the only person who falls under that umbrella of suspicion is Michael Schiavo, that in itself may compel the court to remove him as her guardian. Yes!

Geraldo is talking about Terri again.

I wrote down your "cut and paste" instructions. I will try them tomorrow on the computer that has the email program--this one doen't. Admitting to you very computer literate folks just how much I do not know!

Please, if you can, what did he say? I'm at the computer that is not near the t.v.
To: krunkygirl
I missed some of it, but he and Christopher Darden and Alan Dershowitz agreed Terri should be on the feeding tube.

Same here - I missed it. Can't hear tv from computer room

<p"It didn't seem to move Geraldo. I also thought that they could have been more explicit such as when another doctor believed her original injury looked like a strangulation. Also they could have commented on the conflict of interest with the her lovely husband and his finance with the TWO illegitimate kids etc..

They agreed?!? YES!!!!

I saw it also and didn't see Geraldo moved at all. He was rushing them to get to the next story.

I missed that final upclose of Geraldo--I was scribbling notes for the recap--I think it was obvious from the way Geraldo mis-spoke about several things (even the pronunciation of their last name) that much of his info was from other sources not his own research. I hope you are right and that his eyes were opened about a number of things.
I did not know that a heart attack had been ruled out. That was new news for me tonight and yet you hear it over and over.

I'm somewhat sympathetic--the 'anchors' have hard breaks that even they cannot control.

Thanks for the heads up!

That's pretty phenomenal! Three liberal lawyers agreeing that Terri should have her feeding tube--the Lord moves in mysterious ways...

one thing I noticed too, is that he used the poorest of photos of her. NOT the great ones of her smiling and happy . Bad coverage completely biased I felt. Said " vegetative stage".....*sigh*

Dershowitz (sp) was not happy that Governor Bush intervened, but he did say she should keep her feeding tube. I didn't see it all, I only saw the last few minutes.

These things DO make a difference--I hadn't thought of that even tho' I had remarked earlier today how lovely Terri's smile was for her mom in a video shown on CNN (yes, CNN!)"Negative" pictures play subliminally on the mind...makes Terri look less appealing and less like someone you want to know/look out for.
Excellent observation, pollywog.

I didn't know he was gonna discuss it again.. I was decided to do dinner dishes after the Schindlers short interview. I just caught the last few minutes.

Thanks for sharing--I'm still surprised the 3 of them, all liberals, went as far as they did. I think it shows that deep down, no matter your politics, it is very hard to countenance starving someone without THEIR expressed, written statement stating this preferance (just writing this out sounds crazy...wanting to starve to death!)
