That's where the military housing units are, in Tierra Santa. And you're right, I've been in them and they're not the greatest structures. Somewhat run down... typical base housing.

You're exactly right --- military housing. In fact, my medical doctor husband (psychiatrist) has been getting several calls from some of his patients who reside in those very units. To say that they're upset would be a gross understatement.
