Excellent reporting. Having not read the entire thread, could you tell me if arson in the general consensus for the San Diego area fires?

I believe it is thought that at least 2 or 3 fires in that area have been set by arson; it has also been put forth that another arson fire was set in Riverside, 3 individuals seen leaving the scene in blue and black vehicle where that fire began at about 11:30 this a.m.
