Tierrasanta?! Oh boy.

Prayers to all of you out in the San Diego area, from a native Californian who just recently moved out of state. My last three years in California I worked at MCAS Miramar and spent a great deal of time down there in Julian, Mira Mesa, Scripps Ranch, etc. I may no longer be there, but I have friends and former coworkers in harm's way.

I hope everybody comes out of this okay.

Often, Santa Ana winds die down at night....let's pray they do, otherwise we're facing mass destruction.

Tierrasanta is worrisome. Several high-density apartments/condos. IMHO, many were poorly built --- meaning "cheaply" contructed.
