The deal is WAY bigger than $700,000 award money, IMO. You can bet on that
MS says he has no money .. so who is paying all of Felos fees and court fees .. cause this case is not a cheap one.
And now the ACLU are getting involved
I'm laying beats that Terry is nothing more then a test case for the pro-death camp
How to prove that is the hard part

I'm laying beats that Terry is nothing more then a test case for the pro-death camp I keep hearing the anti-Terri people saying what a lousy precedent this sets. I really can't see how it sets any precedents that any reasonable person should disagree with:
- Hearsay, by someone with a conflict of interest, regarding an off-the-cuff statement such as described should not, by any stretch, be construed as "clear and compelling evidence" of a desire to be fatally dehydrated.
- A guardian should not be allowed to spend $100's of thousands of his ward's money without a guardian ad litem being appointed.
- A married man who moves in with another woman and fathers children by her should not be considered a proper guardian for an incapacitated wife.
Oh, such horrible precedents this case sets!

(Why is it that the more "gun safety" laws are passed, the less safe my guns seem?)

Felos got the judge to approve using the malpractice money (which was to be used for Terri's rehab) to be used for legal fees....there is very little left.
Felos was heard to say he is writing a book on Terri's case...
but if she's alive, no win in 'right to die' case....

I can connect the dots from a huge pro-death organization all the way to Felos and Hospice Woodside. The state of Florida as the battleground serves a political purpose, also. IMO, of course.
