Atruelady, if Lurker was really learned in the ways of attorneys, he/she would realize that suing ANYONE and EVERYONE who is in any way attached to the defendant is commonplace. It's a CYA tactic used by trial lawyers.

I know. See me last post to "lurker". There is something about him/her that strikes me as odd. Even the regular or other "just passing by" lurkers don't give me the vibe that this one is passing off. For some reason I am staying away from that weirdo. Seems intelligent, but somewhat transparent.
