Even if Michael is 100% positive Terri's hopeless, why can't he just humor her parents and siblings and let them take care of a basket case "empty" body for 50 years if they should so wish.
It's funny how Michael sometimes speaks in the 3rd person about himself... like Felos also does about himself. This sounds like the result of new age space case counseling, not normal conversation.

Yeppers. This "statement from Michael" has Felos' flaky fingerprints all over it. Someone posted a link to Felos' publisher's website in the past few days. In his autobiographical section he listed one of his areas of specialty as image marketing, or something like that.
For anyone planning to write Larry King or call into the show, I think it would be a good idea to prepare some counter-evidence to some of the Schiavo/Felos talking points contained in their statement. That's their story and they're sticking to it. This is what Michael will be saying tomorrow night.
One of the problems is how hard it is to counter their statements about what's been done for Terri's medical or rehabilitative needs. They've stacked the deck by sealing all the medical records.
So, if Michael says "I took Terri to California. I stayed with her while doctors performed an experimental procedure to implant electrodes in her brain to stimulate its function. I spent months working with her - hopeful of a cure. Months later, the doctors told me the electrodes were not working", I don't believe him for a minute. But, how does anyone argue about that when no one has access to her medical records? Terri's parents wouldn't necessarily know if Terri had been taken to Calif because he could say it was during one of those periods when he wouldn't allow them to see her.

FReepMail Comming with interesting proposal for FOSS programmers who want to support Terri and those like her in the future.
