While that is true, certainly Michael would have remembered Terri's saying "No tubes for me!" at the time of discussing whether or not to put the tube in with the doctor. She should never have been allowed to be on a feeding tube at all. Of course, we all know that at the time of the tube being in, it was still not written in to law that nutrition and hydration would be considered medical intervention (as in artificial life support). It was only upon MS finding Felos or Felos finding MS that the idea that Terri wouldn't want to live like this ever entered into the arena.
