Even if it IS only four years the attempt at "euthanasia" and IMMEDIATE CREMATION OF THE BODY would certainly show that the crime is still in progress. One has to remember the last attempt was only A WEEK AGO through starvation and dehydration NOT four years ago.

Good point, but would it qualify as an attempted murder legally since permission was granted by the courts? And if not, could that status be modified if it could be shown that the court made its decision based on false information?
